A once a week standing appointment, where I babysit for an average of 4 hours.
· We like to play drums to develop rhythm, dance, go for walks outside, and play in the park.
· I often speak to the baby in french.
· I also prepare organic fresh baby food; keeping in mind the childs dietary restrictions.
· Calm the child, and prepare the baby for nap-time, this is a daytime appointment.
· This child gernerally uses g-diapers or seventh generation disposable.
The Pixie Family
March 2010 - Present
Olympia, WA
At start child was 6 months old
I babysit on occasion for the Pixie Family in my home in Issaquah so the parents can have a night in Seattle.
· I care for the child keeping in mind all allergies, including; cow milk, and wheat.
· We often play with toys and read books
· Prepare the child for bed, reading generally puts this little one to sleep!
· This child uses natural wool diapers.
The Averill Family
February 2004 - February 2005
Crested Butte, Colorado
2 times per week while the mother was at work
At start child was 4 years-old
· Duties include clarifying child care requirements: food choices, chores, personal habits, and restrictions.
· Went on hikes; did simple plant identification and recognition of landmarks.
· Danced and were very silly. =)
· I also performed light housecleaning and cooking duties.
The Aurand Family
September 2000 - June 2001

5 times per week after school care
At start children were 6 and 12
· Helped the younger child with homework, piano lessons, arts and crafts and educational walks on the beach.
· Prepared nutritious after school snack and dinner for the family.
· Light housekeeping duties.
